Just wanted you to know how grateful I am for Terese in the Allstate, Julie Hahn office!! She walked me through everything I needed to do and expect!! I was getting no where with the 1-800 numbers nor the Allstate app. Almost in tears and so frustrated she talked me down off the ledge!!
